Poor communication and customer service. He confirmed the night before he would arrive at 8:30 AM. I texted him at 8:45 AM asking if he was on his way. He said yes. I called him multiple times at 9 AM because he had not yet arrived and he did not answer. After an hour of waiting I had to leave. He had still not shown. And never call me back. I had to call another company to reschedule the job.
