The food is excellent quality—everything is always fresh, I guarantee it. Hats off to Beto, the owner; he is very friendly. I recommend the chicken and waffle.
My issue is specifically with some of the younger Black and younger Latina employees. I’m not talking about the older Latina woman because she has always been polite and respectful. The younger employees I’ve dealt with have been rude and unprofessional. Every time I’ve gone in, they act like serving customers is a problem. I paid for my food just like everyone else, so I expect to be treated with basic respect.
