Alberto has cut my hair for years and each time I do the same style and he does great. This time, I was 20 minutes late which is my fault and I apologized and thanked him for seeing me anyway. Well the entire time he was very rude (not his usual self at all) and he messed up my hair so bad. I’m sure he did it on purpose considering the rude attitude, and the fact that he’s cut my hair FOR YEARS and this has never happened. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. Front desk little girl didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked up. Horrible.

Alberto has cut & styled my hair twice now. He's the best stylist I've had in years. No stylist has ever had me in & out in 40min. I highly recommend!
