We had Olivia’s out to clean our new home immediately after closing. Prior to hiring we explained that the home was VERY dirty, we provided a list of what we wanted addressed, and informed them that we needed them to complete the work same-day. They agreed that none of our asks were an issue. They spent 6 hours at our home and unfortunately left MANY areas untouched.
