Unprofessional, dismissive, and alarmingly negligent—Dr. Wells and office staff repeatedly demonstrated a complete disregard for basic standards of care and communication. Appointments and referrals were chaotic (major red flags for over utilization), real concerns were ignored, and follow-through was nonexistent. Run, do not walk away.
I have never dealt with an office that was so careless and inefficient and rude. It took me multiple times to receive copies of records. The Doctor is equally rude, did not listen to my concerns. For example, she was 10 minutes late to a telehealth visit and after 10 minutes she rushed off. When I had concerns that were not answered, her nurse responded to me over mychart that the doctor said that I would be better suited with a concierge model and through it all still did not answer my medical question.
