I loved working with Olivia! As a first time home buyer, she was such a great resource and made the process seamless. With her expertise, I was able to get my first offer accepted in a very competitive market for a place that checked all my boxes. Thank you Olivia!
As a newcomer to the Chicago real estate market, working with Olivia made the entire process seamless. She guided us through every step of searching and making an offer, and her communication via email and Zenlist was consistently prompt and clear. Olivia is incredibly kind, professional, and supportive from start to finish. I cannot recommend her enough!
Olivia helped us rent out our condo and we have nothing but amazing things to say about her and our experience working with her. Olivia went above and beyond to help us navigate every step of the process, handling things we didn’t even think of or taking things off our plate. She is extremely responsive, prompt, and thorough with every detail. She was also very well-connected with helpful referrals that we also had great experiences with. Highly recommend for any real estate needs!
Working with Olivia to find an apartment was the greatest experience! Finding an apartment in a crazy market in a city like Chicago was initially overwhelming, but Olivia did an incredible job making apartment hunting easy and fun :) will always be going to Olivia for realtor/rental help! Editing this review 4 years later as Olivia has now since helped my husband and I buy our first home here in the city :) Olivia is truly the best of the best. Buying a place in the city is no easy feat but somehow Olivia makes the whole pro... read more
Olivia was wonderful to work with on a recent closing. She stayed organized, communicated clearly, and helped ensure everything went smoothly for our clients. It’s always great partnering with someone who genuinely cares about the outcome. I’d be glad to work with Olivia again and highly recommend her.
