Olivia is a very nice young lady but she doesn't have empathy for older patients problems or understand how to help them properly. When I requested she help me with my own health care and advocate on my behalf she refused. She then had her office woman Donna call me and hang up on me when I indicated I wouldn't be returning to their facility for care from Olivia. I think time & experience will greatly benefit Olivia but that isn't something that benefits her patients today who have problems right now. I hope she reaches her ... read more
