Best gym and community in Newcastle! Such a welcoming vibe and the coaches at Liv Strong really care about you and seeing you succeed. Would recommend to everyone
Best gym in newy!!!! Experienced and knowledgeable coaches, incredible and inclusive community within a great gym space with all the equipment a client could ever want. The coaches work closely with each client to adjust workouts to injuries/experience levels. You can really tell how much Liv and her employees care for each and everyone client. They make an effort to know them personally and are their client’s biggest cheerleaders. Couldn’t recommend LivStrong more!!!
OHPT has the BEST inclusive environment! All of the coaches are so accommodating and friendly.
OHPT is such an uplifting, welcoming environment. Going to the gym never feels like a chore, but like a hobby that I love to do. I started at the gym not knowing a thing about training and all of the trainers with their knowledge and support have made it so easy to learn and progress.
