I am extremely disappointed by the way my niece was treated by Olivia Grace Bridal. My niece recently got engaged and was excited to begin the process of finding her wedding dress. She made an appointment, only to receive a call from the shop canceling it. During that call, the associate asked her, “Do you even have a wedding date yet?” and questioned when she had gotten engaged and whether she had even started planning.
