I had a bad experience with finding a wedding dress with Olivia Graces Bridal. I gave them quite a few pictures of dresses I saw online a week in advance (that I absolutely loved) after booking my apt - to give them an idea of what I really wanted in a wedding dress. I found a wedding dress here and Olivia offers such service. They communicated so well. I felt informed so I didn’t try on a dress over budget. The appointment time is long. Alma and Elizabeth were so great/supportive. I’ve been to 3 other stores and at 2 have felt pressured to buy before I was comfortable for sure. Had the most amazing experience today saying yes to my dress! Mallory made the entire day. I have tried on dresses at other stores and while Olivia Grace has the most beautiful gowns the experience Mallory provided is what made all the difference. She kept me calm, navigated my expectations and made the entire process amazing!
