I purchased the NanoThermic Speed XL Brush the brush is nice but the bristles melt at the tips, snag your hair it becomes impossible to use and you have to buy a new one. I have had to repurchase the same brush 3 times in 1 year. I wrote them an email and they immediately became defensive and blamed me by saying I was using a hairdryer with a dirty filter and putting the dryer right on the bristles.
