I am beyond frustrated and heartbroken after the care I received from NP Olivia Bercier at West Frisco Health and Wellness. From August 2023 to June 2024, my health deteriorated drastically due to sheer neglect. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, put on medication, and then left to suffer without proper follow-up or testing. Waste of time and office visit, she is only interested in selling you her private treatment out of pocket no insurance coverage she was absolutely no help, I would not recommend, if you want to gamble your money with her idk maybe she is good at what she does, but this office should not be letting her see patients she has no interest in helping without a cash only relationship treatment option. AVOID. I went in for routine labs to renew a prescription. My labs came back with same results as I’ve had for 10 years. She refused to renew my prescription without a consultation and wouldn’t speak with me on the phone about my results! I’ve never heard of that from a doctor let alone a NURSE PRACTICIONER. If there’s not $$ involved, she’s uninterested in speaking with you.
