My girlfriend was referred to this office by her insurance company for some counselling six weeks ago and they have never contacted her to make an appointment. Likewise, she has left messages with them and they've never called her back. Terribly unprofessional especially given their profession. I've suggested she tell the insurance company as they should not be sending people to therapists that are unresponsive.
