Olivia wanted to put in a billing code to my insurance company that was not accurate. I had to go online and look for an appropriate code. She pushed back on the code I provided yet my insurance company did pay using my code. Needless to say, I saw her once and I won’t be going back. I’m not comfortable with her submitting false diagnostic information to my insurance. If you see her, make sure you find out how she’s billing your insurance company to ensure it’s for the same reason you’re seeing her.

Olivia is a consummate professional who knows her job and makes you feel at ease from the minute you walk in her office. She is a wealth of knowledge and is consistently studying to strengthen her counseling background. I was fortunate to be referred to her by my Psychiatrist and I feel blessed to be a client of hers.
