This shop is fake. It’s not open, the mechanic isn’t even a licensed mechanic, they are completely unethical. This business should be permanently shut down and considering they are never open after taking insurance money to do work on my vehicle that has not been completed I must say they are a fraudulent shop. Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and got my air conditioning fixed quickly. My AC is blowing ice cold again and the pricing was cheaper quotes than other shops with no surprise charges. They explained everything clearly and had amazing customer service. Definitely the best mechanic shop I’ve been to — highly recommend to anyone needing reliable work done on their car

I brought my car into Olivewood for a safety in the past and was informed that it had "passed" and was safe to drive - but it definitely was not! Mind you, this was before the new requirements for safety inspections so it was likely skimmed and half-___ done. They sent me home with what I was told was "the wrong sized rotors" let alone a failing wheel bearing that needed to be replaced in the same week of the safety. I wish zero stars was an option this shop is completely incompetent. Should be called Olivewood Chop Shop Center They don’t repair cars they make them worse. They are not a collision center. They should not be trusted with anyones vehicles.
