Scheduled a refrigerator repair after another company cancelled on me. When no one arrived by the repair window they said They had called me repeatedly to change the appointment. However the only calls I received that day were from the number of the original company that had canceled on me earlier that day. Turns out they use a central dispatch but never identified the second company name on any call or voicemail, just referred to the appointment, which to me appeared to be from the first company since the same phone number.... read more
