The sandwich I ordered was excellent and the wait was short.
You just can't go wrong here. Yes...this cafe is out in the desert and down a short dirt road. But it feels like a galaxy away from the Willcox area. The restaurant is bright and airy, modern and smells incredible when you walk in. The glass walls open onto the vineyard and the mountains in the distance, flowers are everywhere...it's one of the most peaceful places I've ever been. The food is as fabulous as the scenery.
