I went to the new location of Oliver’s Dominican barber shop today (Saturday 04/05) located in the Ingles shopping center in between the Pizza King restaurant and the post office. They don’t have a sign on the EFIS yet, as this location is brand new, but it’s not hard to find. I walked in, no appointment, and my new favorite and go-to barber, Neff, greeted me immediately. They cut hair good but they take forever to do things and stop and talk a lot
