I purchased a Trek Lift + mens electric bicycle from Olivers and couldn't be happier. When riding this bike, I have a great big smile. I strongly believe in supporting my local bicycles shop. I wanted to purchase additional accessories to fine tune my new ride. Randy, Bruce, Sarah, Jonathan, and George took very good care of me and made sure the fenders and racks were installed. The goto shop if you want some bike stuff whilst visiting the USA. I contacted these guys prior to my holiday to Orlando from the UK and they ordered the things I needed and shipped them to my hotel once I'd arrived in the states. One of the best bike shops I have dealt with outside the UK. Excellent, professional service, couldn't do enough for you. Wish some of the shops in the UK treated there customers like Oliver's.
Drove an hour to Flatwoods for trail riding. Got out and realized we left without our gear bag. Google said Oliver's was not opening until 10am. We decided to call at 8:45 and amazingly enough someone answered. They agreed to let us in before hand to get what we needed. Thanks to Oliver's Cycle Sports we were able to continue on with the day like nothing happened. A+ for the shop and staff!
I take my wheelchair to get serviced there when I need tires changed. They are always quick and accommodating.
This is a GREAT bike shop and the owner and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have purchased 5 bikes for our family st Oliver's and it's always a great experience!
There isn't a better bike shop out there! I had a rare issue arise with my bike and it was taken care of promptly. The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations and I can't see shopping anywhere else when it comes time to purchase bicycles for my wife and sons before leaving for Colorado. These are the types of businesses that we should support. They've made a loyal customer of me.
