Super impressed with their customer service and timely response. Everything we asked to be fixed or added was done by delivery day. HThis is the 2nd camper we have purchased from them and the only flaw I would say is the pre delivery detail. The freezer was still dirty from what appears to be an old blue popsicle and the windows inside and out were dirty enough to write on with your finger and the sink had something black in the strainer probably left from the prior owner as well. Overall I would recommend Oliver's.
Oliver’s customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! All other small businesses should model after them. I had a warranty claim on my one month old Aliner that they went above and beyond to make the repair convenient for me. They had it completed lightening fast! I’m not even a previous customer! Aliner was terrible to work with directly and the dealer I purchased it from was not helpful. 110% recommend Oliver’s! They are the best!
