I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office for my family members implant procedure. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a six-month ordeal due to poor communication and unprofessional service. Key issues: - The office rarely answered phone calls unless you selected the "new patient" option, at which point a forwarding service would transfer you. Excellent initial visit, very friendly and informative
An absolute pleasant professional experience. Found Dr Oliviere thru a site and went in for consultation. We discussed coverages and cost and the procedure I would need. Staff of Dianna & Eileen were both terrific to me. First dental work procedure went well. Can’t believe I’m writing about a good dental experience but I would recommend this place hands down
