5 stars aren’t even enough to describe the service we received from Vince. The RV we were renting had an issue with the slide. We ended up driving to Vince’s house in the evening to have it serviced. He had worked a long hard day in the heat and then took time away from his family to help us out. He took the time, fixed the problem and was great about it. Vince is highly recommended and we cannot thank him enough for helping us out.
Vince went out of his way to help us when our leaf spring broke. Awesome guy!! First rate service!!
We first called Vince to take care of an electrical issue with our travel trailer’s instant hot water heater, and just now a second time to repair a badly damaged swing arm on our power awning (still haven’t mastered backing into tight spaces). Both times he was prompt, professional, and showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic service! I have been using him for the last two years. I appreciate that he is proactive and inspects your RV. He inspected my roof and found a seal that needed repair. He was able to repair it while he was already onsite.
Very good service from Vince today. I called yesterday afternoon about a bearing repack, and he finished it by noon today. You can’t do much better than that for quality work! Also very good at explaining the process along the way. I highly recommend Vince.
