I work at a sister community and so I have been to Oliver Woods for trainings. They are a wonderful community with such a great atmosphere. The staff and management team are absolutely wonderful. The activities are fun and engaging, the food smells and tastes great, the place looks fantastic, and the care is wonderful. Definitely a place you want to take your loved one.

I recently moved my mother Diane Merrell in this facility. It looked great on paper and in the pamphlets. Even good reviews. My family experience was different. My mother was in Memmory Care. Their pamplet emplies that the staff are trained for Memory Care. They have a policy that shower rooms are to be locked when not in use. My Mother fell and broke her hip in a unlocked shower room that was not in use. The staff member assigned to my mother previous job experience was a waiter at a Mexican restaurant.
