I’ve been happy with the haircuts I’ve had there. My hair is in a very awkward phase - thinning but now growing out again so it’s all different lengths. They’ve help keep it styled so it looks good!
Good customer service. My sister is getting married but the wedding industry is new to her. She booked her bridal hair and assumed that the trial was included in the booking. The trial was the cost of the wedding styling. The owner was understanding and addressed the miscommunication. She handled it well with the customer first. Other than that, the experience was smooth and it’s a beautiful shop. The team was very nice and the stylist was great to work with throughout the process.
The place is aesthetic...beautifully curated. I believe the owner is likely very talented and vested in the business. The staff is very gentile. That's what's weird. Everyone has beautiful hair so. You know that they must know how to do hair... just... not yours. That being said.. the ambiance is smoke and mirrors... I’ve been going to Oliver & Tate for over 5 years now, and Maggie has been my stylist the entire time. She is truly amazing at what she does. I love switching up my look from balayage to dark, to red, to a more natural style, and Maggie absolutely slays it every single time. She also kills it with haircuts, not just color. Oliver and Tate is beautiful place. I love the fireplace, plants and decor, just gorgeous!! The hot tea served in lovely tea cups, love!! I've been working with Myah for about 3 years grey blending. She's done a fabulous job!! I was getting my hair colored every 4 weeks, with her help and mastery of her craft I can go 6 - 7 weeks!! I love her!!
