Wonderful GPS, nurses, and staff that work hard in an unforgiving environment. I commend them all and recommend this surgery centre. I’ve had two total knee replacements, and these guys helped my “…get back on my feet”. Literally Only downside is their lack of available parking.
Had a bad back for over a week phoned 3 times to ask to actually see a doctor for medication and each time all i get is a tex message to ring 111 if it gets worst, then a tex to fill out an online form for MSK... all i want is an appointment to SEE a doctor but no that doesnt happen any more
This surgery is appalling. I have not been able to make an appointment online after trying multiple times for weeks. No appointments appear to be available online whenever I have tried. I have phoned the surgery and been advised that if there is no option to make an appointment with a Doctor it is because I don't need one and that I can't book one over the phone. I am fully aware that this is not the case, there should be an option to request an appointment for a new or existing medical condition, which does not actually app... read more
