Husband bought a return fitting for our pool. The price on the item said $12, the lady who waited on him told my husband it was $17. If we didn't need it wouldn't have bought if from them. Found it on a reliable internet pool supplier for $9.99. Not the first time we went in and found items way overpriced.
This place has the rudest employees. I have called several times and they act like you are bothering them. Yes I know it is pool season but they tell you they at sooooo busy that they can't get to you for weeks. Then when you ask to be put on the list they act like it is such a bother. Well don't bother to call this place. You're wasting your time.
After waiting for over two weeks for john to either come fix a leak in my spa I finally gave up. He neither called me nor answered my calls. How does this place stay in business?
