My wife and I have purchased a number of sunglasses from Allen at OP over the last 15 years and every time we've come in, we've been warmly welcomed and received outstanding service. After we lost our house earlier this year along with some of our favorite OP sunglasses, he went above and beyond to replace them like-for-like. He already had us as customers for life, now doubly so.
The level of care and service I received from Allen at the Malibu location was unbelievable. After losing my house in the Palisades fire and having my glasses burned, Allen went above and beyond to help me with my frames and prescription! I will forever buy my frames from Allen and OP Malibu!
I have worn OP glasses for decades and enjoyed the quality and styling. I recently sent Alan a pair of glasses to repair that I broke, and he was the coolest, kindest person. Thank you. I hope you escaped the fire.
the malibu location has a very knowledgeable staff. the manager has been there forever and is very helpful.
