I have nothing against Dr.Ong. But it is impossible to reach any of his staff. When I took my mom for her last visit , their system was down . They told me to call and schedule an appointment . They also referred her to Nourish for a dietician . She is diabetic but was never referred to any . I called Nourish , but they need a doctor’s referral . Don’t bother contacting this place. I was put on hold 2 times for over 30 minutes trying to make an appointment as a new patient. I called back a 3rd time and told them I was already on hold twice for over an hour and was put on hold again. Finally was told they don’t have appointments until January. We’re in the beginning of August.
Doctor Ong is an excellent Doctor, he is caring and knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful specially Veronica, she really care for helping the patients. Thank you!!!
