Horrible customer service. I tried to buy items from them through Amazon they changed the date twice for the date the item was supposed to be received. When I got a hold of them initially they stated they were behind but now the Christmas items I ordered almost a month ago will not be here until almost New Years. What started out as a way for me to support small businesses by ordering from them during such a hard economic time, turned into this company providing excuses and pointing blame to everyone else but themselves. Customer service is terrible. I sent a simply inquiry to ask who sent me a gift from their company as no slip arrived with the package. We’ve had a lengthy email exchange where I’ve asked for the sender’s name 7 times now so I can acknowledge the gift with a thank you card. I’ve been provided with the sender’s first name but not the last name. This has been infuriating to say the least. Have now asked twice for the last name as I know multiple people with that first name. Still waiting...
Horrible. No delivery of item purchased yet I was charged the full amount and have not been able to get a response from the company nor a refund.
