Oh my goodness, my last prescription refill was so messed up, the script lady took 3 times to get it correct. This time I’ve been waiting for days for a refill and went to the office. I sat there with her and she still couldn’t type in the correct quantity and correct number of days! So done with this substandard health care.
Dr Oliver’s office is no longer answering the phone. My husband got a menu to choose where to direct his message, and the recording says you will get an answer by the end of the next business day. Asked to make an appointment, and no one called back. This is not health care, this is not sick care, this is no care at all.
