Don't go here, unless you want to wait 3 hrs in line just to be refused the service you need. Also the waiting room is pretty much non existent, very small space with the chairs basically touching eachother & very little seating. Waste of time!!
The clinic refused to help me get a reimbursement of the $70 appointment fee after I got my new healthcare card, even though it is their responsibility as stated on the Alberta website. I wish there’s a way to report the clinic.
Вже два роки Алі Хаяві мій сімейний лікар. Жодного разу в мене не було нарікань. Уважний, спокійний, реагує на скарги і надає допомогу. Якщо є негаразди в аналізах, то він особисто дзвонить і пропонує прийти для отримання лікування. Можна попасти на прийом без проблем у зручний для мене день. Мені подобається.
They've always taken care of me. The receptionist are very kind and the doctor is very willing to help work with you.
Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor was quick and non judgemental. Sent me for a test for every concern I had. Added advice when I was anxious,but didn't attribute all concerns to anxiety. I felt seen and heard.
