I took my mom for a long overdue haircut. Payton was amazingly kind and caring and gave my mom a great haircut. We already booked a return appointment to get her hair colored. Overall, it was a great experience!
I came in for a perm and trim ahead of my sister’s wedding this weekend. While the perm itself was fine, the trim was a completely different experience. It lasted no more than five minutes, yet I was still charged full price for a haircut. Unfortunately, in that short time, the stylist managed to leave my hair uneven in the back, making it feel lopsided. Super disappointed with my last haircut here. I booked with Oliver but was switched to a different (much more junior) stylist the day of with zero notice. I only found out when I got there, which was pretty awkward—I would’ve just rescheduled if I’d known, since I’ve had great experiences with Oliver and Payton before. I found this salon a month ago. The moment I walked in I felt at ease the moment my stylist Brandi greeted me. From that moment I adored her. She is truly a master at her craft. I have my license as well and she exceeded every expectation I had. The best haircut I have had in years. I returned today and she again did a fantastic job! She has gained a loyal client! ( She also suggested @thehenry for HH and that was great as well😉)
