Horrible law firm. Major lack of communication. Signed a retainer agreement for a medical malpractice lawsuit and than they violated the agreement claiming lack of communication on my part. Two dozen or more different phone calls and never got a call back from a lawyer. Will be seeking compensation and possible legal action against Oliver Bell. Also in contact with the law firm that sent me to them.

The declined my case because I didn’t want to retrieve the police report myself due to the traumatic experience ive had. Seems a little backwards to expect clients to retrieve things of that sort when they could have easily pulled it or assisted me. I guess don’t waste your time if you don’t want to do all the leg work.
