I wish I had the same experience as the writers of positive reviews here. Ultimately the firm declined my cases against a surgeon and a SCS manufacturer, but the experience was so poor. Case managers were nearly always too busy to respond to my requests for information and updates. Had to call repeatedly and left messages that were returned weeks later, if at all.
