This is the 3rd time I have used Oliver’s heating and air they are amazing gets the job done fast super friendly and would 10/10 recommend them
update 1/31/26: successfully sued John in small claims court over work never being completed and having to pay another company to finish what he started. John is a nice guy, but if you actually want your job done, I wouldn’t use his company For over a year, I’ve been given the run around. Paid over 23k for HVAC system that he has yet to finish. Unfortunately I am amending my review from 5 stars down to 1 star. Things were installed incorrectly (confirmed by another company) and it is nearly impossible to get them to actually show up to your house to resolve a problem once they have been paid. I was very patient, and then started calling multiple times a day. When he did come by, he was great at reassuring me it would get fixed but he would spend a couple minutes talking to me and then leave, promising to return with his crew the next day- and then they did not retu... read more
We had three HVAC systems installed and were given a bunch of promises. John was and is always very friendly when at your house, but constantly makes promises and then doesn’t follow through. Ever. There is extensive documentation of repeated instances in which commitments were made but not fulfilled. As a result of improper installation and unresolved deficiencies, we have incurred thousands of dollars in unnecessary electricity costs.
