Oliver is excellent. He helped me get an apartment and was extremely thorough and acts with the utmost integrity (not always guaranteed in realtors). It’s obvious that he really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Renting in Toronto is hard and sometimes there’s shady business but Oliver advocated for me and helped me recognize when landlords were doing things illegally.
