I was there in December of 2021 for a tooth extraction and before they’re greeting me, they made me pay the entire cost of the procedure, despite the fact that I have dental insurance, I had to pay it out of pocket, and they informed me, that I have to send the bill to my insurance in order to get reimbursed! Very professional and sympathetic. I love that!
I had some major reconstruction work done on my teeth this past year. Before I could start the reconstructive work I had to get A LOT of bad teeth out. I am such an easy going person... But this ENTIRE staff was so rude and heartless towards me. As I was sent back to be placed to sleep to have the wok started I felt as though I was in a prison being shouted at with the nurses as the prison guards. Had 3 Wisdom teeth taken this morning February 19 2021 staff was wonderful as well was Dr OLIVER I highly recommend this facility to anyone .
