Karl, IS very helpful, pleasant and quick in getting things moved along. Additionally, he has contacts in every field that a business owner would need additional/new contacts in. For example service providers for cell phones, insurance, electrical, plumbing, etc. I would STRONGLY recommend using Karl. Very professional and a genuinely nice person.
