We used Oliver & Bonachini for our wedding in September 2024 and their venue Subrosa, in the basement of the Bay building in Calgary. We had the worst wedding planner and looking back it was the Oliver & Bonachini crew that made the night much more organized and put together. We hired Oliver & Bonacini Catering for an event in mid-August for 70 people, and the food was great. We did a mix of chef-stations with passed canapés, and the team really did a great job. Leading up to the event, Oliver & Bonacini Catering, did a great job in answering all our questions, and held a tasting for the food which was nice. They were able to cater to all our guests, including those with dietary restrictions and allergies (incl. vegetarian, vegan, dairy-allergy, nut allergies etc.).
