We have been treated very well here at Oliver Apartments! Staff is always friendly and quick to help when needed (especially Krista)- I can say the same about maintenance. We were a little weary at first based on some of the old reviews, but feel they now have the right people in place! So don’t let those reviews turn you away! Bonus suggestion: it would be SO nice if you guys could fence in a small area of grass for all the pups who live here! Fine apartment complex however, I was of the impression that apartments had hook ups for washers and driers (the models did). after moving my washer and drier I found this was NOT the case, only certain lower level units do.
all of my neighbors are so nice!
Management here trying to lure new residents by giving bonuses and all and not at all considerate of the old tenants who is living here for very long time. I have been charged with additional fees for payment failure which was a result of me accidentally selecting wrong account for rent payment in the app, I request them to consider a one time fee waiver as I have been living here for very long time and paid timely rent every single month and this was an mistake which they denied.
