My health card expired and doctors office took $100 cash and told me to come back with my health card and I would get it back. I came back when I got my health card renewed. Absolutely incompetent office staff. I was at this centre for 3 years with 3 different family docs because the doc kept quitting or moving. Office staff don't answer the phone or put you on hold and hang up on you. They don't answer emails. My wife was delisted without warning or explanation. Office staff are rude, incompetent, and lost. Dr Le Vey was quite good though, before she left. Due to high turnover of physicians and incompetence of office staff, I had to leave this practice. Dr.. Adadini is the best!!. Beware ...the bathrooms never have handtowels....
Dr. Adekunle Adedini is a wonderful family physician, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to improve their quality of life. He listens to your concerns, is very respectful, kind hearted, and helps you manage your symptoms. If you have a very busy schedule it's worth noting that he may run a bit late sometimes, but this personally doesn't bother me as I know he uses this time to provide other patients with the same quality care that he provides me.
