I’ve been accompanying a family member to this clinic for translation purposes, and the experiences have been positive. The front desk and Dr. Adekunle Adedini have been kind and helpful. Dr. Adekunle Adedini is very warm, friendly and patient. We can see that he isn’t there just to collect a pay, rather he very much cares about the patient. I would absolutely recommend the Dr. Adekunle Adedini to anyone. The front desk ladies are also very helpful, polite and patient.
I’ve always had great experiences at this clinic. My doctor is fantastic, Natalie at the front desk is wonderful, and the other staff have always been kind and professional. However, I’m updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star after a recent experience with the new person hired to draw blood. She was chewing gum and repeatedly popping it while drawing my blood all without wearing a mask. I had a problem with a tooth extraction that got infected after three days and I could not get in touch with my dentist. I realized a doctor probably would not want to step on a Dentists toes but I needed help fast as I was feeling really awful and my face was swelling and I was in pain. I telephoned Olive MD and the staff were super helpful on the phone and got me an appointment with Dr. Pinto within 1/2 hour of my call. Dr. Pinto is amazing. I had wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Nadeen and the staff. They are so welcoming and waiting time is not long.
I would advise anyone not to use this clinic, as there are many other shared clinics that are accepting new patients. I went there once and the lobby was small and jammed. People were standing up and sitting down and everyone was at least 1" apart. I would consider this clinic a giant germ bubble. I met with Dr. Henry Matson who just came from the UK.
