I have had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly the manager ignores EVERY call or messages, which is important, stating that she is busy in meetings but doesn't respond afterwards ever. Even me ringing in distress to say carer hasnt arrived and nothing, no reassurance from company that carer was just held up but was coming. I suffer with severe anxiety issues and not knowing would affect my anxiety levels!!! Then carers can't cook basic simple English food. Burning toast and breakfast items .
