This has been the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had. I was planning to take a look at the unit I like before signing the lease. I scheduled an tour for 4 p.m. through their website, but never received any confirmation, notification, or follow-up communication. The next day, they had scheduled a virtual tour for me at 12 p.m.—again, without any notice or phone call. To make matters worse, their communication is absolutely terrible.
