While the location is extremely busy l,the staff does make an effort to help and assist leading pharmacist try to help and made took the time to help resolve my dilemma despite the hectic space it is a place of caring service.

I was at Olive View today. Had 2 scheduled appointments and still had to wait a long time get seen. On top of that, I had to pickup medications and had to wait for my number to be called only to tell me that they need to process my prescription just to wait for another hour. Literally every other pharmacy in the world will fill medications so they are actually ready when you are told to come pick them up. But not Olive View Medical Center. You have to come in and take a number, wait hours for that number to be called, go to a window, then get told you have to wait another hour for your medication to be filled. If it truly worked to wait until the customer was in place to start filling meds, other pharmacies would be doing it as well.
