I have been for a check up today, after a certain practice, made mistakes about my appointment dates!! And took me off their NHS books. I was nervous about visiting Olive Tree, but my check up was thorough and super friendly! Thank you to the team at this practice today.
First class practice with skillful dentists. Iwas treated by mr lad - a very gentle and skillful man with a good profession manner.
Honestly these guys don't care about patients. Road closures all around the dental practice, no parking and if you arrive 5 minutes late they won't see you. No empathy towards a mother who was delayed as they had to breastfeed their newborn Disgusting practice, specifically the dentist working there. Dodged a bullet here.
Just had a check up here, after having a bad experience somewhere else . And honestly they were amazing. They checked everything, listened to all my worries about my teeth, the dental nurse gave me great advice and was so thourough during my consultation! So happy I’ve finally found somewhere really good with lovely staff! Always been very nervous to go to the dentist, but the lady made me feel really at ease, I will always be going here from now on! Thank you
