Jorge Duran and his team were excellent in their explanation of how they work. But, man, their homes are beautiful. Even though we decided not to build new (for now). We will definitely be reaching out to them whenever we're ready to start the process again. The have their own design team as well! Jorge is a genius. He blessed my wife and I with our dream home. Jorge is extremely responsive. He is generous enough that he purchased is Christmas gifts. Just some insight in the type of person he is. I went to visit the property today and he mentioned to me that it’s his wedding anniversary. I immediately felt bad and offered to come back another day to visit the property and he insisted on showing me the property when under those circumstances, he didn’t have to do that.
