We had consistent problems on the billing side of this business with one issue after another. We were told even though we "have maintained a consistent and timely payment history" we must begin paying each visit for my son upfront BEFORE hand. I then tried to pay the upcoming visit for my son on the portal so that he would not miss. I am currently taking care of the payments while his mother (my ex wife) takes him to the appointment. I've known Billy for several years and we talk regularly as fellow counselors and practice owners. He is a compassionate, caring therapist and I'd send members of my own family to him if we lived in the area. He lives out the values and ideals he encourages his clients to follow.
