My friend has been living there since 1981, and there have been a variety of managers over the years. The current manager, Maritza, is wonderful. My friend can be challenging at times, as she is in her 80s. I have found the current manager to be very patient with Patricia R.
My wife has lived here for 4 years and I have lived here for close to a full year…this is the best property I’ve lived on since moving to Los Angeles in 2016. Family operated which means it’s safe enough for the apartment manager to raise her kids here. Every single amenity is PERFECT!!! Clean and well kept.
