I feel that we the customers are being punished for something that is out of our control. If the fitting rooms are remaining closed then the return policy should be adjusted! It's a huge inconvenience that not only can I not try on the clothes,(partially understandable due to COVID) but if they do not fit then I can not receive my money back. Just like yall adjusted the store policy for the fitting rooms then the return policy should have been adjusted as well. It sounds like customer service to me.
