Could easily spend hours in this store tasting all the flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Today was the first time I visited and can't wait to go back. The oils and vinegars are like nothing you've ever had before. Stop by when you get a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Product!!!... I had went fishing on the river and caught some fresh fish, I wanted to try something different than the normal throw it on the grill routine, so some friends of mine had suggested that I should try a new product they had tasted while eating at The Label restaurant in Johnson City. So they gave me a small portion of the Honey Balsamic Vinegar, to try with the fresh fish. It turned out perfect, rich with flavor and really complimented the freshness of the fish.
