Very cold and rude staff. Not just once either, this has been every time I have stopped there (5-10times). They have lost out on my business as well as others because of poor customer service.

I did the Kaffe Fassett Mediterranean Hexie workshop in October. Of course it sat for weeks. I found I needed more of all my accent/triangle point fabric. I had the receipt from my purchase at class. The person answering the phone was awesome. It was Black Friday. She took the numbers and later called back they had all 6 fabrics. The next week I had it in the mail. Just wonderful customer service.
Great place! Everyone is very helpful. Just finished the tuffet class there on Saturday.

Today I received my second online purchase from this fabulous quilt shop, my first was last week. I must say this is the BEST online quilt shop I have done business with. I am so, so fussy about the way my fabric is folded, packaged and mailed. Perfection!!! Every piece clean and folded perfectly. I just love the little package of quilt squares included as a gift. The best quilt shop! Gorgeous fabric and great design all around. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!
Great range. Great facilities and space for those who go there to jilt. Friendly staff. I purchased in person and collected after an online purchase. Latter had some lovely squares as a gift in my order. Lots of ideas to inspire in the way the fabrics and examples are displayed.
