Great Italian Grinder.
Most restaurants at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport close at 10pm, so this was one of a very few choices open slightly later after I landed. There was a decent number of customers seated, so I figured I'd give it a try. As I perused the offerings, three different staff members greeted me and asked if I was ready to order, which I found surprisingly nice and much appreciated. I think it is the best restaurant inside security at PHX. I think their best is the simple salad with the chicken, but the place smells great and had nice seating. Staff will walk around when they get a chance and ask if you need anything just like you would expect in a restaurant inside town. Thank you! And appreciate the employee discount too!
